What is an underlying question that gives form to your work or interest in this field?

How do I need to be and what is it that I need to do in order to help restore and maintain balance?

What is your personal experience of collective wisdom in groups?

I have worked with many different groups since the mid 90's. My personal experience has always shown me that, without exception, when we collectively move beyond the ego and personal agendas we can create something deeply meaningful, significant and magical which is beyond that which can be achieved individually.

What is it about the work in this field that excites you and connects you to your own deepest self?

The growing work that I undertake in this field gives me an increasing insight and understanding of our true potential as human beings. When we can step aside from our individuality, reconnect with all that is, our power and wisdom becomes awesome.

Please provide a brief storyline or snapshot of what brought you to this work.

I have been fascinated to explore what lies at our core since my early 20's. It has been a long and interesting journey. I made a total commitment to 'the path' in the mid 80's, following a journey that took me closer the 'the edge' than I believed possible. Since then my quest has taken me into many different and divergent areas. Where my work and life have taken me are best summed up in my quest to establish utropia. See www.utropia.org. This vision has taken nearly five years to evolve and it is now beginning to develop its own momentum. I see this as a model for a sustainable future.

For the past 10years I have also been studying, teaching and evolving energy work with a view to finding ways of creating sustainable enlightened change within those that I have the privilege to work with. I have been fortunate to carry this work forward, alongside traditional, indigenious, wisdom work with many different groups ranging from the disaffected young to corporate groups.

I am totally commited to making what difference I can and in helping to unlock the potential that lies within us all. I am prepared to go anywhere and do anything that will help to achieve this end.
